1. What is DigisoftKeys?

DigisoftKeys is an online store that sells 100% genuine digital software licenses, including Windows and Office products. All orders are delivered instantly by email.

2. How do I receive my product?

All products are delivered digitally by email.
You receive:

  • Your license key

  • Download link

  • Step-by-step activation guide

Delivery usually takes 1–10 minutes.

3. I didn’t receive my key. What should I do?

Check:

  1. Your email inbox

  2. Spam/Junk folder

  3. Order confirmation email

If still not found, contact us: support@digisoftkeys.com.
We will resend your order immediately.

4. Are the keys genuine?

Yes. All keys are authentic and activate directly on Microsoft servers.
We do not sell trial keys or duplicate keys.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • PayPal

  • Credit and debit cards

  • Other secure payment methods depending on your region

Your payment information is always encrypted and never stored by us.

6. Do you offer refunds?

Yes, if your key does not work.
We will first replace the key.
If the issue continues, we provide a refund.

Note: Activated keys cannot be refunded.

7. What if my key doesn’t activate?

Contact us. We will:

  • Verify your key

  • Provide a new replacement key if needed

  • Guide you step by step through activation

8. How many devices can I activate?

Each product page shows the activation limit.
Most products are 1 PC / lifetime.

9. Can I reuse the key if I change my computer?

Most retail keys cannot be reused after hardware change.
However, we will advise you depending on the product you purchased.

10. Do you offer support?

Yes.
Support is available every day from 09:00–18:00 GMT+1.

The price you see is the final price — no hidden fees.
