Welcome to the DigisoftKeys Activation Guide. This page provides clear and official steps to download, install, and activate the digital software products you purchase from us. All instructions follow Microsoft’s standard activation procedures and comply with the policies of Shopify, eBay, PayPal, Payoneer, and IngramMicro.

1. Before You Start

Please ensure the following:

  1. You have received an order confirmation email from DigisoftKeys.

  2. You have your product key or license code, delivered instantly after purchase.

  3. Your device meets the minimum system requirements for the product.

  4. You have a stable internet connection.

If you are missing your product key, please check your email (including spam) or contact our support team.

2. How to Download Your Software

All downloads are made through official Microsoft channels only.

For Windows Operating Systems:

Download from the official Microsoft link:
https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/

Choose the product you purchased (Windows 10, Windows 11, etc.), then download the installation media.

For Microsoft Office Products:

Download from the official Microsoft setup page:
https://setup.office.com

Log in with your Microsoft account and enter your product key.

This ensures full authenticity and compliance with provider policies.

3. Activation Instructions by Product Type

A. Windows 10 / Windows 11 Activation

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Open Update & Security

  3. Select Activation

  4. Click Change Product Key

  5. Enter the product key provided

  6. Ensure your device is connected to the internet

  7. Windows will automatically activate

If the system requests a restart, complete it and activation will finalize.

B. Microsoft Office 2016 / 2019 / 2021

  1. Visit https://setup.office.com

  2. Sign in or create a Microsoft account

  3. Enter your product key

  4. Assign the key to your account

  5. Download and install Office

  6. Open any Office app (Word, Excel, etc.)

  7. Activation completes automatically after sign-in

Your license stays linked to your Microsoft account permanently.

C. Microsoft Office Professional Plus (Volume License)

  1. Download using the link provided after purchase

  2. Install Office

  3. Open any Office application

  4. Enter the activation key when prompted

  5. Activation completes online within a few seconds

Note: No account linking is required for this type of license.

4. Troubleshooting Activation Issues

“Product Key Already Used”

This usually indicates:

  • A typing mistake

  • Incorrect version installed (e.g., Office 2021 key used on Office 2019)

Please reinstall the correct version or contact support.

“Cannot Activate Windows”

Try the following:

  • Ensure your device is online

  • Confirm you entered the key correctly

  • Restart your computer

If still unresolved, our support team will assist.

Office Asking for Login Again

Make sure you are logging in with the same Microsoft account where the license was redeemed.
